Description

This contract is for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health Services. The service shall enable the Client to address particular health and attendance issues, meet their statutory obligations with regards to psychological risk management, identify the preventative measures that can be taken to minimise the overall risk of sickness absence and to improve employee health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The Supplier shall provide the core requirements which shall include but not be limited to:
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Psychological Treatment - Counselling, other talking therapies provided via telephone, web chat and face to face, and EMDR
- Psychological assessments
- Trauma and Critical Incident Support
- Support and guidance for Mental Health First Aiders
- Education and Awareness Programmes;
- Publicity and Promotion; and
- Service implementation
