Description

This procurement is to secure lead architectural, Mechanical and Electrical and multi-disciplinary consultancy services (exclusive of Quantity Surveying) from design through to use (RIBA plan of work) to include, design work, Principal Designer responsibility, Contract Administration, M&E consultancy services, health and safety advisory and monitoring services.
The lead architectural consultant shall also appoint and include in their fee for a specialist bar designer.
