Description

Powis Square Gardens- Design Commission

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced designer to design and oversee improvements to Powis Square Gardens, London.

The park is council owned and open every day between dawn and dusk. It is a multi-use space with a children's play area, small ball games area, areas of grass and seating and is also used by people walking their dogs.

The designer will work with the council and local community. The brief includes the redesign and refurbishment of the children's play area, separating dogs from the play space and encouraging wildlife and biodiversity.
