1. On behalf of Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, represented by the British Embassy Riga (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority"), I invite you to submit a bid for the replacement works of boilers at the British Embassy Riga (Contract Ref. CPG/4537/2021).
