Description

Fleming Way MSCP - Make-Safe External Works 2021

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of make-safe maintenance works to address render and coating defects on the external elevations of Fleming Way Multi-Storey Car-Park (MSCP).

Project Description
The make-safe works are to be restricted to the removal of loose / critical areas of concrete and render on the external elevations of the MSCP, with some limited replacement of coatings.

The initial contract term will be for 6 weeks, as stated in the ITT documents.

Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 8th April 2021, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal.
