Description
NHS West Lancashire CCG wishes to establish a Contract for the following provision of its Ophthalmology services (Community Macular services). The tender is being split into 2 Lots with Lot 1 being Triage, Tier 2 and minor surgery services and Lot 2 being for Community Macular Services. Bidders are able to bid for either or both lots. Due to the start dates of the contracts not being the same a separate advert is being placed on Contracts Finder for Lot 1.
Bidders should be aware that this opportunity is advertised for a 5 year period however this includes an initial 3 year agreement with an option to extend a further 2 years
MLCSU is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This is a services tender being procured under the OJEU and Open procedure as well as the requirements of the National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No. 2) Regulations 2013.
