Description

ASC095 - FOR THE PROVISION OF A CHILD-FRIENDLY DOMESTIC HOMICIDE REVIEW REPORT
The Council seeks to procure an age-appropriate and child-friendly version of a published report, which can be used by the family in forthcoming years with younger family members. The Safer Sandwell Partnership has a statutory responsibility for Domestic Homicide Reviews, which are undertaken when a person aged 16 or over dies as a result of violence; abuse or neglect by a partner, ex-partner or family member. The Sandwell MBC Domestic Abuse Team supports the Safer Sandwell Partnership and Domestic Abuse Strategic Partnership in co-ordinating work on Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs).

The successful Contractor will need to work with the Domestic Abuse Team and also consult and engage appropriately with the family to develop terms of reference for the report and ensure the report meets the family's needs. Further details can be found in the Service Specification.

The Council has a maximum budget of £7,200, including travel expenses for this contract.

The Contract will commence approximately from 15 February 2021 to 31 May 2021, but this may be subject to change, depending on completion and approval of the final report.

Suitably qualified and experienced persons and organisations are invited to express an interest in quoting for the above service.

The Council intends to use an evaluation model based on price and quality. The criteria, on which quotations will be evaluated, inclusive of weighting attached to each, will be included within the quotation document.
