Tender Opportunity 1387/MR - Pqq


All organisations with relevant experience are invited to tender.

This is the Pqq stage of a restricted procedure for construction services.

This is a project co-funded with European funds for the construction of three separate buildings.

The University wishes to establish the integrated Civil and Infrastructure Research Centre. The iCAIR will leverage the University's regional capacity in the Eight Great Technologies and Sector Strategies to foster and accelerate translational innovation in civil engineering, national infrastructure and advanced construction.

The building shall be constructed to satisfy B R E E A M 'Excellent' rating, current building regulations and achieve Secured by Design accreditation.

The University wishes to establish the Lvv as a national centre of excellence for structural dynamics research, with a particular focus on Validation and Verification (V&V) and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM).

The Royce Translational Centre will become a World leading facility for the science of materials processing, coupling the University's internationally renowned expertise in materials science and engineering with unique capability in manufacturing. The intention is to create an environment where academy, commerce and government can collaborate to address multi-disciplinary issues of materials processing, to co-create new knowledge and understanding which is rapidly exploited for commercial, environmental and humanitarian benefit.
