Description

The Fund is committed to maximising the impact of our funding for communities and the lives of people most in need. This review is one of a series of projects to better understand, measure and communicate our impact as a funder. The themes of isolation and transition were identified as common characteristics of need in our public consultation.

The Fund requires the Service Provider to perform a UK wide evidence review to assess the impact of the Fund's investment for activities that help address isolation and transition.
