Description
Lewisham Homes seek to appoint a Contractor to undertake Works as part of the External Works Programme (Package D). Works include structural works and repairs, window repair/replacement, roofing repair/replacement, external painting and improvements to internal communal areas. These works are long-awaited and seek to address the lack of recent investment in improvements to our housing stock.
