Description

Norwich City Council requires a single contractor to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low rise properties.

The works comprises of:

Repairs to all exposed reinforced concrete balcony surfaces, repairs and over coating of balcony decks with a waterproof membrane, forming movement joints round balcony wall panels at brick face, renewing expansion joint in front elevation brickwork and brick repairs to all elevations.
