Description

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a carbon-saving target enforced on the large energy suppliers by the Government. The target is to reduce domestic carbon emissions or, in the case of their fuel poverty sub target, to make heating related energy bill savings.
These can be achieved by installing energy efficiency measures such as insulation and heating improvements. A market engagement event will be held 11 April 2018 12noon - 2pm. City Hall Bristol
