Description
This is a Prior Information Notice to alert interested suppliers to an opportunity to design and deliver Learning and Development to the UK's Civil Service.
Civil Service Learning (CSL) is a division within the UK Government's Cabinet Office with responsibility for providing Learning and Development for the Civil Service. KPMG LLP were appointed as prime contractors for the Civil Service Core Curriculum in December 2015, for a period of 3 years (with the possibility of a 1 year extension).
We would now like to extend the breadth, capacity and diversity of the supply base by sourcing sub-contractors to work with KPMG.
KPMG is launching a process to source and select skilled, experienced and innovative Learning and Development suppliers. Successful respondents will share CSL's vision of providing a targeted and blended Core Curriculum for Civil Servants, underpinned by high quality and great customer experience.
There are two stages to the sourcing and selection process:
Stage 1: Request for Information Questionnaire (RFI)
Interested suppliers should complete a RFI via the following link:
http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KPMGCSLRFI/
The RFI will be open for interested suppliers to complete from 17 March 2016 and will be closed at 12:00noon on 04 April 2016.
No contract can be awarded as a direct result of filling out the RFI. From the RFI, the compliant applicants will be included on a shortlist for the following stage.
Stage 2: Request for Proposal (RFP)
Suppliers who were compliant with the Stage 1 process will be invited to submit an RFP to meet more specific requirements such as curriculum areas and geographic coverage. A pool of providers will be selected to work with KPMG on a framework basis.
Please note that the sourcing and selection process is not subject to public procurement rules.
