A Contractor is required to undertake work to modernise Passenger Lifts at
Kidd House, St Georges Road, RM9 5JU,
Kilsby Walk, Dagenham, RM9 4BS.
Millicent Preston, Ripple Road, IG11 7P,
Ted Hennem, Jacobs Close, RM10 7NH

The works must commence with residents in situ.

Contractors must make themselves aware of the site layout, work requirements and the need to plan works, monitor safety on site and react promptly to changes in site conditions. Site visits are available via prior appointment only
