Description

Bolsover District Council is issuing this invitation to tender in connection with the competitive procurement of provision of demolition of existing single storey extension and design and construction of new pitched roof extension at 76 Bakestone Moor, Whitwell.
76 Bakestone Moor, Whitwell is currently a void semi-detached, three bedroomed house. It is intended that the property be altered to provide ground floor accommodation including a bedroom, en-suite wet room and ground floor WC and to make other minor alterations throughout the property including level access internal doors and a new kitchen diner.
