Description

Reallies is a social housing regeneration consortia. Its membership consists of regional housing consortia who bring together unmatched experience in procurement and regeneration. The membership currently consists of Procure Plus (PP), Efficiency North (EN) and Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC). Further information can be found by visiting www.re-allies.com.

Reallies wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the provision of waste management services. Service Providers who are appointed to the framework agreement will be required to provide a complete waste management service for all types of waste that is generated through construction based activities and office based activities. The framework agreement will provide a cost effective and auditable waste management service that utilises local supply chains wherever possible, ensures compliance through the provision of accurate management information, and continuous efficiency.

Individual contracting authorities entitled to access the framework agreement will have the option to agree and award underlying contracts to the appointed service providers at any stage during the term of the framework agreement. The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree and award underlying contracts under the framework agreement as and when required:
1) any member of Reallies from time to time (a "Reallies Member"), which for the avoidance of doubt currently includes PP, EN and CHIC;
2) any procurement consortia customer of Reallies or of a Reallies Member from time to time (a "Procurement Consortium Customer" which currently includes Cumbria Housing Partnership Limited (CHP); and
3) any member or customer of a Reallies Member or of a procurement consortia customer from time to time,which may include:
i - any social housing provider in the United Kingdom from time to time. "Social Housing Provider" for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered providers, local authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs). A list of the current social housing providers can be found by visiting https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing and,
ii - any local authority, academy trust or free school in the United Kingdom from time to time,
4) any contractor or supplier appointed to any other framework agreement or contract of Reallies or of a Reallies member or of a Reallies member's customer from time to time.

Reallies reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or any part of the framework. Reallies will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their submissions for the framework agreement.
Bidders should note that the Lot values in this notice are estimates only, and may increase depending on the number of entities that decide to award underlying contracts under the framework agreement.
