Description

TUOS Parking Limited are seeking to appoint an operator to manage Solly Street car park in Sheffield. The operator will work to offer maximisation of profitability using an innovative model to achieve this.

The car park entrance is located on Solly Street as an under croft to part of the Velocity Village. There are 560 spaces over 3 levels, but with the upper 2 levels stepped over a number of stages, the car park can be exited via White Croft or Solly Street.
The car park is barrier controlled 'Pay on Foot' with dual entry lanes and 2 exits. There is currently one cash and card pay machine located adjacent to the lodge on the White Croft exit. The car park operates using a Scheidt & Bachmann chip coin system. This is at the end of its serviceable life and in need of upgrading to improve customer experience and PCI compliance, and also to improve enhanced operating and reporting capability.

This is an restricted EU procurement procedure. The SQ can only be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system.
