Description
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking to place a contract with an experienced contractor for the delivery of this project at the British Embassy 3100 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington DC 20008.
The building contract works will comprise the strip out and conversion of an existing office building into six residential apartments. The building was constructed in the late 1920's and its original use was as a residence.
The scope of works includes adjusting the layout and fit out of the existing building as well as providing new services within the building. The consular annexe is a new single storey ground up extension to an existing gatehouse.
