Description

Badger BC Investments Ltd (a Broxbourne Borough Council wholly owned company) is seeking competent contractors to tender for a design and build contract, each to provide a "turn-key" development of residential accommodation.

The development is for the demolition of an existing single storey building comprising two shop units and the construction of 2 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom flats in a two storey block. The work will include enclosure of the site, the completion of the design and all substructure and superstructure works and all necessary utility services, mechanical and electrical installations. Proposed on site date is February 2016 and completion date December 2016.

The development will need full Planning Permission and Building Control approval.
