Description

The works comprises of essential works to keep the building safe, watertight and weatherproof for a period of up to 5 years; repairing the roofs and ceilings where required. Works to the existing mechanical and electrical services, including, replacements and repairs to the air conditioning units, radiators and services metering. Work to the internal areas including, carpeting, decorative and general repair works to areas affected by water condensation and damage.
