Description

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) Defence Digital Programme CORTISONE (Valuestream 5), has invited suppliers on the Queen Elizabeth Gateshead National Procurement Framework 2021/s 001-002154 to submit a proposal for the supply of software and implementation and support services required to deliver the Healthcare Enterprise Content Management Service (HECMS). Software components include Enterprise Content Management (to manage both electronic and phyisical Content across its lifecycle), Scanning (including document recognition, data recognition and extraction), Workflow, eForms, Intelligent Templates and a Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA).

Tender documentation is available via the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP). Suppliers on the framework have been provided with instructions on how to be added to the relevant DSP opportunity.
