Description

This contract relates to the provision of befriending services to 7 children/ young people, aged between 12 and 17, with either a complex health need or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The children/ young people require 2:1 support for 3 hours per week, 51 weeks of the year (there is one child on the list that receives 6 hours per week).
The framework expires on 31st March 2025, any children that reach 18 years of age before then will no longer be eligible for support or will be transferred to adult services.The provider will support children and young people to take part in a range of activities in the community, to have fun, gain independence and make friends.
