Description

Birmingham City Council requires multiple suppliers to provide, as required, job market data for the purposes of determining the market rates for specific job roles. Where there are occasionally hard to recruit roles or where they are hard to retain employees due to market forces we will look to source data that will support and evidence that this is the case.

This contract will be for a period of three years and is expected to commence 15th April 2017 until 12th 15th April 2020 with the option to extend for a further one year. The contract will be renewed on an annual basis depending on previous performance including the ability of the provider to deliver data within specified timeframes.
