The County Council is seeking to award a framework agreement, to a single Supplier, for Highway Engineering & Design Consultancy. The requirement of the Highways and Engineering Design Supplier is the provision of technical support and the provision of professional and specialist engineering advice and guidance across a wide spectrum including:
