Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council Invites Tenders for the provision of Servicing, Inspection of Passenger Lifts, including Release of Trapped Passengers, Reactive and Programmed Repairs to Passenger Lifts, Installations/Upgrades to Passenger Lifts, Replacement of Passenger lifts and could include the removal and disposal of materials containing asbestos during new installations in housing (of whatever tenure) and community buildings and facilities, commercial and retail buildings, educational buildings and other related assets. The contract will be for servicing, inspection, reactive and programmed repairs and maintenance works for all housing high rise and hydraulic lifts in sheltered accommodation and potentially any other lifts within the borough's assets, or assets of borough partners. The appointed contractor will provide Inspection, Comprehensive Maintenance and Testing of Lifts at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council maintained Sites.
