Description

This contract is to provide monthly group, team and indvidual mentoing sessions to include clinical supervision and mentoring support in order to provide an opportunity for discussion and reflection outside of professional supervision and to develop strategies to resolve difficult issues in the workplace.

In addition, Continuing professional development will be provided in the following areas of speicialist social care practice to support our improvement plan: Adult Attachment Interview; the CARE-Index tool for a wide range of Health and Social Care professionals developmental problems including physical and learning disabilities; Story Stems Analysis and procedure to assess attachment and post traumatic stress; Attachment and exploration currently, a shortened version, to prepare practitioners for the AAI training and Play Therapy Supervision - 12 half day supervision session per annum - total for year £2000
