Description

Leeds City Council requires a supplier to deliver an outdoor Christmas trail in Leeds City Centre as part of a wider Christmas programme of events and activities. The Christmas trail will help to drive footfall and increase dwell time in the city centre and will need to be in place to run from Monday 15th November 2021 to Friday 7th January 2022.
