Description
This service specification is for the provision of high quality information, advice and guidance service to residents of the London Borough of Brent. This will be a professional service, which is accessible to all, joined up, measurable in its impact and efficient in its use of resources. The Independent Advice and Guidance (IAG) service will be delivered as a face-to-face service in multiple locations across the borough as well as through a range of channels. The service will be delivered free of charge to residents, accessible to all sectors of the community and will cover a range of topics from benefits advice, debt management, employment rights.
