Description

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) (the Employer) is seeking to award a Framework Agreement to a maximum of five Contractors for a duration of up to four years (2+1+1) for the period July 2018 to June 2022. The Framework Agreement is for the provision of Contingent Resource to Dounreay Site Restoration Limited. The anticipated value of Work Packages that may be awarded through the Framework Agreement over the four year duration is GBP 12M.

The scope of works for the framework agreement comprises:
Candidate sourcing:
• Demonstrable search and sourcing capability
• Provision of an e-recruitment platform or interface to facilitate recruitment and on boarding processes
• Identification, implementation and delivery of innovative and realistic ways of working together with DSRL to add value and ensure continuous improvement over the duration of the contract
• Salary benchmarking and market analysis.

End to End Recruitment:
• Provision of candidate long and short lists
• Aptitude/ability testing as appropriate
• Candidate management process during and post selection process - including feedback, offer management and termination
• Management of the end-to-end sourcing process from the receipt of a requisition for an ASW resource to managing the payment of fees and expenses to the individual ASW hired.
• Efficient and sustainable back office capabilities
• Vetting Process
• Provision of Management Information

Demonstration of SQEP Resources (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person):
• Verification of candidate competence and qualification

Although, the Framework Agreement has a duration of four years, the initial award will be for a period of two years (July 2018 to June 2020). Thereafter, two further one year extension can be awarded at the sole discretion of the Employer. Any extension to the initial two year period will be based upon the continued requirement of the Framework Agreement and the performance of the individual Contractors.
