Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) on behalf of Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) is procuring a project to undertake external refurbishment works to two domestic dwellings managed by Cheltenham Borough Homes.

The properties (Sites) are located within the Borough of Cheltenham.

The properties are 47-53 Hawthorne Road, Cheltenham GL51 7LX and 28 Park Street, Cheltenham GL50 3NG.

The works will comprise:

47-53 Hawthorne Road - Option A: Re-roofing, re-rendering and associated works.
