Description
The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to strip out and refurbish the male and female toilets on the first floor of Allerton Building, which are located on the Frederick Road Campus, Salford, M6 6PU.
The project will briefly consist of;
• Strip out and disposal of existing internal fixtures and finishes
• Associated mechanical and electrical works
• Plumbing/sanitary installations including wash basins, toilet basins, urinals, hand dryers.
• Installation of WC cubicles
• Refurbishment of ceiling finish, floor finish and wall finishes
• General decorations.
