Description

6 Centre Square is an exciting new development taking place in central Middlesbrough. Providing c.40,000sq ft of Grade A office space across 4 story's, the development is aiming to complete c. Jan 2023 and will be home to an exciting mix of international and diverse companies.

As a result, TVCA, is looking to procure property management services for 6 Centre Square, Middlesbrough. The successful bidder will be required to address all property management matters including, but not limited to, PPM of all equipment including firm alarm testing and management of service charge, as well as being main point of contact on a day to day basis for tenants, building a strong relationship that helps the building maintain its key occupants and attract new businesses through gaining a reputation as an excellent place to work. Should an issue occur at the property, the successful bidder will be required to address the matter in a way that minimise disruption to the tenants operating within the building. As an indication of what is required, please see the below the requirements table.

Bidders will be expected to provide evidence of how they have experience undertaking these works, or, if not, how they plan to undertake the duties to a high standard. Additionally, information should be provided that shows how the prospective property management company will go beyond compliance with the requirements and will strive to deliver an all-round excellent service through quality delivery and strong relationship building.
