Description

Demolition of existing swimming pool, including grubbing up of existing foundations and removal of low level brick wall beside vehicular cages. Remove existing vehicle cages and dispose of site. Remove and level out existing grass bund around building to grade including grubbing up existing concrete footpaths. Prepare area after removal and reinstatement with tarmac surface to match into existing adjacent levels
