Justification

In order to meet the hard deadline set out in the programme responses to selection questionnaires (SQs) are being requested on an urgent basis SQs must be submitted by 30th November 2018. A draft ITT is provided to bidders for information purposes only to enable prospective bidders to establish a more detailed picture of the scheme and this ITT may be subject to further amendment by Henry Boot. Initial preliminaries and drawings are provided to the bidder with detailed packs to be issued when the final ITT is issued (expected January 2019).

To clarify all Bids (hard & soft copies) must be returned to RPP Ltd at the address shown in section 6 by 12 noon on 30th November 2018. There is no E-Portal to download/upload your submission and thus hard/soft copies are required as above.
