Description

Refurbishment of Accommodation Blocks 12 to 17 Block at Fort George.

To refurbish designated areas of an existing 3 storey Accommodation Block (@ 1719) to include: Utility Rooms, Toilet blocks , Snack Rooms and Ablutions. Total number of rooms to be refurbished is 92 in a phased sequence whilst the Accommodation blocks are occupied.

Works to include the down take of existing structure and fabric within the designated areas to include: Existing walls, existing M&E, ventilation, ceilings and existing doors to be replaced with: New Sanitary ware, IPS, new partitions, ceilings, wall and floor coverings M&E ,Ventilation and doors.

Works to be undertaken by one Main Contractor. Individual Tender Packages will not be issued for this Project.

The above Sub Contract opportunity is available under Mitie's FDIS contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).

Prospective Companies interested in being considered to Tender this opportunity are invited to prequalify onto Mitie's approved Supply Chain List, following which they may be invited to Tender for the above opportunity, depending upon their experience & suitability for the works.

Please note that any Tender List for this opportunity will be selected from suitable applicants to this advert along with existing suppliers on Mities existing approved Supply Chain List.
