Description
Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be conducting this tender exercise on behalf of its membership to establish a framework agreement covering all elements of vacant property cleaning, clearing, security and associated/relatable property services, including works across multiple sites.
Typical types of works covered by this framework will include for:
- vacant property cleaning to different levels of requirements,
- vacant property clearing to different levels of requirements,
- vacant security services,
- turn key vacant property management (to include property repairs and maintenance & property assessments/inspections)
- any other additional or relatable services.
Our intention is to create specific lots, categorised in to the following service elements (subject to change):
- Vacant Property Clearing and Cleaning (Interior & Exterior)
- Vacant Property Security Services and Call Handling
- Turn-key Vacant Property Management Service
It is likely we will further split the core lots into geographical sub-lots (Midlands and National). The framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd ('EEM') on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users.
