Description

The overall purpose of the study is to provide detailed research into the potential for revising charging rates and areas of the 2013 CIL charging schedule. This should be in the form of a written report. One draft version and a final draft will be produced prior to the issuing of the final document. The selected consultants will lead the stakeholder engagement process and prepare a note for circulation after the event; and if needed, will give a presentation to members and officers on their findings and recommendations once the report is finally issued.
