Description

PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT

Walsall Council would like to engage with Providers to establish whether or not there is sufficient interest in the market for the delivery of Supervised Contact Services. We would also like this to inform any subsequent procurement exercise including the development and refinement of the service specification and associated terms and conditions of the contract.

Please refer to the attached Briefing Paper for further information on the Council's current arrangements and intentions for the provision of future services.

The purpose of this market engagement exercise is to:
1. Inform the provider market of the Council's service delivery and procurement intentions for Supervised Contact Services
2. To seek to generate interest from the Providers to encourage their participation in the proposed procurement
3. To gather feedback from providers on the Council's proposed approach to delivering Supervised Contact Services

We would encourage providers to complete and submit the attached on-line feedback questionnaire. Any contributions from providers would be gratefully received.

Please note that this notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services for the Authority. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise offering an opportunity for provider organisations to help inform potential future service models and/or commissioning intentions.
