Products that need to be covered by the support agreement to commence on 28th April 2019 are:
• 1 x NetBrain Enterprise Edition Starter Package, including a single floating user licence and support for up to 100 managed devices
• 5 x extra Enterprise Edition Floating Seat Licences
• 200 x extra Enterprise Server Licences
• 1 x Enterprise Edition Maintenance, Software Upgrade and Technical Support annual cover.

Note: Support will be provided via phone/email. It is Network tooling and no on-site support is required.

Suppliers shall provide a statement regarding the scope of their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans to protect the Agency from the consequences of business interruptions
