Description

This invitation to tender is for a communications planning agency, to deliver its public awareness and information campaigns in Northern Ireland for the 2016 Northern Ireland assembly.

The Commission invites suppliers to prepare proposals for its communications strategy for these elections by providing a media buying strategy and detailed plans on how to reach a Northern Ireland wide audience with registration and voter information.
