Description

Bromley Virtual School tracks and monitors the attendance and academic progress of children and young people in care, ensuring they are making progress in line with National expectations, by maintaining effective monitoring and recording systems.

Daily contact with schools, alternative provisions and home settings for the collection of attendance data, including exclusion data, and persistent absence monitoring and alerts for Looked After children. Contact will need to take account of varied and reduced timetables. The target for attendance collection is 100%.

Collection of termly teacher assessment data, and annual Key stage and GCSE results for Looked after Children. The target for attainment data collection is 100%
