Description

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board (PHPB) The board has approved funding in relation a to a targeted media campaign to increase self-referrals to the Digital Weight Management Programme over a period of 3 months. Drummond Central were previously commissioned to deliver a piece of work including behavioural insights and evaluation for the same programme and this is an extension of this work, with additional funding being made available from NHS England.
