Description

This is a Reserved Contract; Southampton City Council are seeking bids from relevant providers for a Outreach and Support for Women Selling Sex On The Street. In accordance with Cabinet Office - Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 11/20; this contract is reserved for SMEs and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) based in County of Hampshire. Southampton City Council are seeking bids from relevant providers for a Outreach and Support for Women Selling Sex On The Street. The service will support clients to engage with other specialist services to reduce incidences of sexually transmitted infections, address problematic use of substances and substance use disorders, alleviate or prevent homelessness and reduce the risk of violent sexual and physical assault.
