Description

Published for Transparency. The Rebalancing Medicines Legislation and Pharmacy Regulation Programme Board was established in 2013 to examine the respective scope of legislation and regulation, and the interface between the two, with a view to ensure that these are optimally designed to provide safety for users of pharmacy services, while facilitating a systematic approach to quality in pharmacy and responsible development of practice and innovation, whilst reducing the burden of unnecessary and inflexible regulations.
This contract is to engage the services of the Chair of the Board.
