Description
The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Rough Sleeper
Accommodation Based Support at City Inn Express.
The City of London are commissioning a provider to deliver a 7 day per week, 24-hour support
service for rough sleepers based out of an interim hotel arrangement. The service will be delivered from City Inn Express Hotel, 144a Mare Street, Hackney, E8 3SG The City has extended its Licence Agreement with City Inn Express Ltd from the 4th April 2023 ( The Licence Commencement Date]. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event the 2 month break clause[ not to be exercised until 4 months after expiration from the Licence Commencement Date] which the City has agreed with City Inn Express is invoked during the period of the contract in accordance with the provisions of Special Condition 13 [ Condition 18 - Termination] of the contract terms. The service aims to support current and former rough sleepers, residents moving from shared facility temporary accommodation, from hotels rooms booked as an immediate solutions, and straight from the streets.
The service is designed as an interim arrangement to sustain a low threshold accommodation
model for rough sleepers until such a time as new, permanent facilities become available
The maximum contract value is £539,842.
