Description

The Anaerobic Glovebox System must be capable of generating and maintaining an atmosphere in which O2 is 1 ppm or lower. The box must offer sufficient space for complex user operations associated with protein purification by FPLC, the capacity to transfer in and out materials of different dimensions without affecting the glovebox atmosphere, and a freezer compartment (capable of reaching at least -20 °C) for sample storage. There is flexibility in terms of how the system operates to remove O2, how pressure is maintained, how access via antechambers operates, and how a sample storage freezer is configured within the glovebox.
