Description

CPI has developed a health and well-being strategy 'Our People Matter Plan'. This was created to enable a positive culture where our employee's health really matters, and the responsibility is on us all to enhance well-being across our business. We want to enable our employees to 'bring our best self to work', helping our employees to take ownership of their well-being by giving them the right tools, guidance, and support. Through getting the right tools, guidance, and support in place we want our employees to feel well, engaged and motivated to be the best they can be. We recognise that a key component to performing well at work links to our health and well-being. We overall want our employees to feel empowered to maintain a healthy lifestyle by giving them the tools, knowledge, and guidance to do so. We are looking to seek a provider to deliver various training sessions to CPI staff, centred around health and well-being within the company.

This tender is to cover the call-off requirements as and when required by CPI. This framework agreement is split
into the following lots:
- Lot 1 - Mental Health First Aider Training
- Lot 2 - Resilience Training
- Lot 3 - Emotional Intelligence Training
