Description

Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and adaption to 23 Holt Drive, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 7QE. This property is currently unoccupied. As existing the property is not suitable to meet tenant's needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

•Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
•The construction of a single storey extension to the right elevation which will form part of the new tenant quarters and comprise of a kitchen, wet room and dining room.
•Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment and new extension.
•Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
•The installation of ramped access to the new extension.
•The raising of the rear patio to form level access and general landscaping.
