Description
Demolition works to Harrow Councils Central Depot Site. Bidders refer to Part 3 (Preliminaries and Conditions of Contract) and Appendix A (Demolition Drawings and Specification) for full details of the project. In summary, the project is to demolish 5 units at the Harrow Council Central Depot.
Bidders are to note that the demolition will take place in 2 phases. Units 1,2, 6 and 7 along with the pre-fabricated section of Unit 5 will be demolished in Phase 1. The remainder of Unit 5 will be demolished in phase 2, anticipated to commence August 2019.
