Description

The Supplier will provide targeted youth outreach on Tower Hamlets Homes estates with the intention of supporting and diverting at least 150 young people currently engaged in anti-social behaviour crime or affected by serious youth violence into more positive lifestyles. Depending on the young person and their age and interests, this may be in the form of education and training opportunities, job searching, mentoring/coaching, or other forms of targeted support.

The initial contract term is 12 month followed by an option to extend by a further 18 months.
